The patented design combines 304 stainless steel and cast iron for the best heat distribution and food contact. The special cast iron plate is ultra-resistant allowing for no rust, discoloration or distortion at the cooking surface. The cast iron plate absorbs the heat, then transfers it to the stainless steel cooking surface allowing for perfect heat distribution throughout the surface, therefore reducing energy consumption and, creating a perfect cooking experience.
